Every program includes:

  • Introduction to the art museum environment
  • Lesson plan based on the unique knowledge, abilities, and needs of the students
  • Lesson plan aligned with CTELDS, ELA CCSS, NCAS, SJ Standards, and SEL Standards
  • Exploration of creativity, imagination, and self-expression through paired art making

Is there a cost for cARTie to come to my school?

There is a modicum fee attached to partnering with cARTie. Please email us at hello@cartie.org to start a conversation.

How do I know which program is right for my school?

Our programs vary in duration and frequency. We can adapt to meet your needs, as well. From a single visit to twice-monthly visits, we do it all! Email us at hello@cartie.org and we can help you understand which program is best for your needs.

What does the program include?

cARTie programs include time for exploration, discussion, and creation. We begin with theatrical introductions, then time to explore the museum, discuss artwork, read and relate, create art, and then reflect.
